Vacuum Cleaner
The vacuum won't turn on.
Possible Cause
- The battery is not installed correctly or is depleted.
Solution
- Make sure the battery is installed correctly, then charge it.
The vacuum has little or no suction.
Possible Cause
- The dustbin is full.
- The suction path is blocked.
- The dustbin or HEPA filter is not installed correctly.
- The HEPA filter or filter sponge is clogged.
Solution
- Empty the dustbin.
- Check the floor brush, suction inlet, and suction path for blockages and remove any debris.
- Reinstall the dustbin and HEPA filter correctly.
- Clean the HEPA filter and filter sponge. Allow them to dry completely before reinstalling them.
Dust is coming out of the air outlet.
Possible Cause
- The HEPA filter is not installed correctly.
Solution
- Reinstall the HEPA filter according to the instructions in the user manual.
The brush roll stops spinning. The blockage indicator flashes red.
Possible Cause
- Something is caught in the brush roll.
- The suction power is too high for the carpet.
Solutions
- Check the brush roll and both ends, and remove anything caught.
- Lower the suction power and restart the vacuum.
Note: Excessive friction between the brush roll and carpet may trigger the brush motor protection.
The exclamation mark indicator lights up red.
Possible Cause
- There is a blockage in the vacuum.
Solution
- Check the vacuum body, floor brush suction inlet, pipe, and extension tube for blockages. Remove any blockage and restart the vacuum.
The vacuum makes an abnormal noise.
Possible Cause
- The brush roll is tangled or not installed correctly.
- There is a blockage in the vacuum.
Solution
- Check the floor brush. Clean the brush roll and make sure it is installed correctly.
- Check the vacuum body, floor brush suction inlet, pipe, and extension tube for blockages. Remove any blockage.
Floor Washer
The brush roll is not working properly.
Possible Cause
- The brush roll is obstructed.
- The brush roll or drive belt is worn out.
Solution
- Clear any obstruction from the brush roll.
- Contact customer service.
The machine makes an abnormal noise.
Possible Cause
- The dirty water tank is full.
- The suction port is blocked.
Solution
- Remove and empty the dirty water tank.
- Clean the suction port.
The machine does not dispense water.
Possible Cause
- The clean water tank is empty.
- The clean water tank is not properly installed.
Solution
- Refill the clean water tank.
- Reinstall it properly.
The brush roll automatically stops working.
Possible Cause
- The brush roll protection system is activated when the brush roll is obstructed by foreign objects.
Solution
- Check the brush roll for debris or obstructions. Remove them, reinstall the brush roll, and restart the machine.
Water is leaking from the air outlet.
Possible Cause
- The HEPA filter is still wet after cleaning.
- The HEPA filter is not installed.
Solution
- Dry the HEPA filter completely before reinstalling it.
- Install the HEPA filter.
Self-cleaning fails to start.
Possible Cause
- The machine is not properly positioned on the charging dock.
Solution
- Place the machine properly on the charging dock and make sure the adapter is properly connected.
